Alexander Berlonghi


Alexander has been consulting, coaching and providing educational programs since 1977 in North America, Latin America, and Europe. He is the founder of the Institute for the Practice of Ontology (IPO), an aggregation of the leaders in the world of ontological coaching. He provides Coach Certification and advanced Coach Specialization Programs in the business world (organizational, project management, and executive coaching), and in personal life empowerment (life, relationship, and parent coaching). From 1982 to 1985 he worked, studied and collaborated with Fernando Flores, the founder of ontological coaching, and Humberto Maturana, the renowned Chilean biologist who originated the ontology of the observer. Alexander holds a Masters of Science Degree in Educational Psychology from the California State University, Long Beach. A licensed California Marriage & Family therapist for more than 25 years, Alexander is also a globally recognized expert in Special Event Risk Management, Crowd Management, and Project Management.
